Every singer needs a break now and then... Believe it or not a singer can suffer badly if he is missing his home and loved ones.....That alone takes a toll on your health like no other....Stress is the #1 killer

That and it's the cold and flu season. Arnel is used to the allergens in the Philippines, and not so much in other parts of the world. Could just be drainage combined with singing with a sore throat that brought him to this point. He does sing really hard though. I hope whatever it is can heal completely.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.
