I saw Neal on his club tour. There's no bigger fan of the Rock Dog than I - I've got a couple of Schon guitars circa 1986. But I gotta admit, listening to Neal shred for a couple of hours got pretty boring.
I'm surprised to hear Chickenfoot didn't move units my perception was that there was as much point of purchase support for this lineup (Best Buy, in particular) as I've seen for any rock act over the last 20 years. Long live rock!

Bought the first one. Wow. What a let down. Maybe one or two good tracks. Didn't even bother with the second. Hagar talks so much shit about putting VH to shame. Then ADKOT comes out and it is in a world class of its own. PlanetUS prolly would've been great with Neal on-board to assist with the songwriting. Chickenfoot, however, is overhyped trash.
