No it wouldn't. You are high on drugs.

Eclipse is a rocking album. Soto would have torn it the hell up. Arnel did great on it, but there are songs on that album where it sounds like he's reading the lyrics off of a sheet. I like Eclipse, as it is, don't get me wrong. I LOVE the heaviness of it and how it rocks, but man, I would have loved to have heard it with Soto at the mic.
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

Fuck you Rick!

I don't know what Soto would have sounded like. I think Arnel would have sucked on Arrival, so there. ;)

If Soto had collaborated on Eclipse, the songs would've been better. No doubt about it. Cain/Schon can only do so much.

I think Jeff would have tried to steer Neal in a more commercial direction... which, at that time if I recall Neal was pretty much dead set against.

I've always said Eclipse was sonically good.. just scattered from a songwriting standpoint. It really wasn't made to appeal to the lay Journey fan.

The mistake on Neal's part was expecting it would.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
