I miss Schon's Departure-era (especially Dream After Dream) tone before he went to over the top compression. But his guitar sounds pretty darn great in that rendition. Liked it a lot!

It was a lot of fun. I'd love to see Schon put together a a band like that and hit the road and play Journey tunes (among others) but in that jammed out improvised way.

thanks! Schon's new version sounded great. Wish they would have kept it an instrumental as that singer was horrible.
How did she get the gig with that voice?

WOuld be cool to see more Schon on talk shows, mainly to promote his solo stuff.

At parts, its like an Eclipse version of DSB, with the guitar driving the song instead of the keys.
