Recently when going through my YouTube suggestion feed there has been Journey suggestions that list live cuts -- not sure if this was an actual release -- plus I can't read what's printed at the bottom of the artwork.
Any thoughts or ideas?

That's from the 1981 Alpine Valley show. As scarab said, likely just a fan-art thrown up to look like an official release, similar to the show from the Evolution tour that was touted as an official release a few years back.
