Sounds to me that he has been out touring on his own. He did say Journey is a 'temporary thing" and he will see what happens. He does sound very focused on his solo music and tour tho.

Yep, Marco was never permanent and had other touring commitments.

I think he'd happily put his solo career on the backburner if he was asked to become a permanent member of JRNY. Most people would.

That's just not going to happen. The only permanent members now are Neal and Jon. Everybody else are just hired hands and completely replaceable. Neal and Jon ARE Journey.
