Personally I couldn't finish it. Can you summarize for us? I really doubt most people sharing this video actually actually subjected themselves to 80 minutes of some woman rambling w/out a microphone. Most legal discussion on this board have linked to the actual legal documents available online - and even THAT is a chore and I just skim those.

Regarding the narrator's topic of "WHY" Cain would want a provisional director of NOMOTA.....uh, does anyone really have to ask? Look around - aside from touring $$$, the band is a dumpster fire. The business is being mismanaged by one of the partners.

The moment I hear the voice on that video talk, I have to burst out in laughter. It sounds like a grandma spewing her delusions. Absolutely crazy.

You bring up something interesting when mentioning the people who are sharing this video. There are a certain handful of Twitter accounts who are promoting this video, and always promote videos created by that YouTube account. Most of these accounts have a very small number of followers (around 20 give-or-take.)

I've noticed for some time now that all of those accounts on Twitter are either followed by Neal or TAG Publicity (Neal is a client of theirs). It's fishy as hell.

I watched about half of it. It is full of conspiracy theories and accusations against Jonathan. I felt like I was watching some old Glen Beck clip where he tries to prove someone is a Nazi.

Yeah, she goes on about him wanting a provisional director...and that it is about Jonathan wanting control. Then she speculates that he may be funneling money behind neal's back. Then throws out clips of Jon and Paula to show Jon wants out of Journey. She says that he is trying to use Journey and set up some kind of retirement...and mentions the accusations that Smith and Valory had to deal with. That is where I stopped. The whole thing seems scripted by Neal.
