TONIGHT'S THE NIGHT~~~!!!

Postby brywool » Fri Sep 19, 2008 11:20 pm

Psyched to see Journey tonight in Seattle tonight and CT and Heart. CT's one my favorite bands ever. They ROCK.
It's 6 am here. I better leave now so I can make it to friggin' White River on time- ugh! Nuttyass drive. I hate that drive.

TOTALLY psyched. Haven't been this psyched for a Journey show since.... dang, when? 98? Maybe, but I remember
Journey at the Gorge. Muggs Cain filled in on drums and the band spent the whole night giving him cues. I was pretty disappointed.

It's gonna be an awesome show!

Ditto. We got good seats (hope so). It's in the 200 tier. So stoke!!!! Leaving Vancouver at 815 am then pick up by my bud in Belli. It's going to be a ride as traffic will be horrendous. 'Heard going back from the White River is like driving to hell. Arrrgh!

Check out my review and concert pics tomorrow.

A lot of beautiful people are stupid. There’s a tremendous amount of idiots who look so good. It’s frightening. But not Johnny Depp.

Good seats?

Nah, they're about 2/3 back. I seriously have NO idea why I bought such shi**y seats. I know at that time I was JUST starting to pay for my daughter's first year of tuition at U of O and I think I just 'moneyfreaked'. I hate when I do that. I just told my wife that we've got pretty crummy seats (at least we're not in the lawn area!) and I think she's dissapointed. She goes "But you're such a fan, I'm surprised you didn't you get better seats".

I suck!

Youre wife is like my wife...she instead bought me our tickets for the Salt Lake show back in July and it was 6 rows from the front...

well, she's right. I don't think she really cares, but she's going "but you're such a fan, why are you not on the friggin' stage?".
She's the champion of "you get what you pay for".

Don't worry man, you're going to have a blast either way. Audio is probably better in your section anyway. I saw many acts at the Gorge when i was stationed in Everett back in late 90s. :D

No problem. I probably won't have photos or anything as they don't let you bring cameras in up here PLUS, I'd spend the night dinking with the camera and I just want to enjoy the show, you know? It'll be a decent review. I'm sure the show will rock. 3 of my favorite bands and three of the best rock singers out there today. I will definitely enjoy myself. Cannot Wait!

I'll be in the lawn... Military pay isn't the greatest....couldn't really spring for anything better. I will pregame with everyone as best I can though. I'm still excited, though if the weather stays like this, it could be a LONG night.

Hanson Brothers: Putting on the foil; before every game; yeah, you want some?
