I like Canseco, after seeing him on the Surreal Life.......he seemed pretty down to earth, quite funny and easily laughed at himself. :lol:

My Uncle Bill lives in Aston, I'll have to see if he went and watched it. He used to take me to the Philadelphia Spectrum to watch wrestling, this should be right up his alley.

WTH?!? I went to that site and they are advertising a Tommy Morrison fight? The last I heard over 10 years ago, he was HIV positive and sitting in an Arkansas jail for some identity impersonating charge. How is he even in fighting shape, and who would want to mix it up with a guy in that condition? Ain't it a health risk?

Morrison has claimed his test was a false-positive. He claims to have tested negative several times, but others have claimed that the test results for those tests are fraudulent and that he is Hep C + and HIV+.

Wow... just read the story on Wikipedia. Apparently, a few years ago he claimed to have tested negative 4 times, so the head of the AZ State Boxing Commission watched him take a test and it turned out negative. They let him box again in 2007 and he beat the guy, but later they tested him again and it came out positive, so he couldn't box again. Now in 2008, he tests negative again, so they are letting him box!

I've NEVER heard a story this wild, and wouldn't step into the ring with someone that risky for anything. By the way, I used to be a big Morrison fan after Rocky V of course, but Ray Mercer KICKED HIS A... one of the best knockouts I've ever seen. I'm going to look and see if they have it on YouTube.

He does, just as he takes himself. Drugs/alcohol or not, he's a nutcase with a chip on his shoulder. First celeb boxing match I saw him in was against the dude who played Greg Brady, and he trashed him. He was out of control on his reality show "Breaking Bonaduce", and even worse when he walked up from the audience and dropped that Survivor dude on his head and broke his teeth out on some TV awards show.
