OT: Sunday Concerts on HDNet

Postby Peartree12249 » Mon May 04, 2009 11:22 am

I don't know if anyone has posted about HDNet before, but I've just spent a most enjoyable time watching concerts on Direct TV's HDNet. Just watched Queen & Paul Rogers on Japan and currently on is Mike & the Mechanics & Paul Carrack in London, then the Moody Blues at the Greek in LA and for you night owls at 1:30 am is the Strat Pack Celebrates the 50th Anniversary of the Fender. I'll have to TiVo that one. Great live music every Sunday. 8)

They won't lip. Justin doesn't oversing , he knows what he's doing. They're fucking pros.
They created their own genre, hit number one multple times in the states and Europe. If anyone belongs in the R&R HOF, it's them.

+1 It really pisses me off that talentless skanks like Madonna get in and groups like the Moody's and other prog rockers are totally overlooked. The HOF is a joke.

I agree 100% Moody Blues should be in, but you need to educate yourself a bit- Madonna is anything but talentless. She plays all her instruments and writes most of her songs. Like her or hate her, she is definitely worthy of being in the HOF.
