No I didn't. I wasn't about to include Jeff's fans because they aren't fucked up like these entities are.

Huh? All of the above, i.e. all three of those groups are equally bad - am I missing something?

I actually think the Wigglies were somewhat normal. They didn't idolize SA like the Pinheads do to AP, and they never bashed SP with their over the top ridiculous comments. They're fucked up, don't get me wrong, but less harmful than the other two groups.

Some of the Pineda fans have been way over the top, but others are pretty reasonable. At least they support Journey on this forum. AP is out there performing and of course he will have his fans.

Gunbot wrote:It was actually pretty cool last year WHEN MEMBERS HERE posted their reviews after attending shows. None of this "tweet this" and "twat that" shit from people we don't know and could care less about.
And what's up with the diagrams of the venues?
If we want to go that route, here's one of the venues Journey sold out with SP. It wasn't a festival either, Journey with opening acts actually drew this many people.
Seating capacity up until 1997, 104,000. Now, it's 92,000.
U2 is playing there in October, by the way.

So, you prefer Perry picture threads, Perry took out the trash threads, what color are Perrys boxers, etc... Come on Dude, the Band is on tour and some people are exited. Give em a break, you know most of them go away after the season anyway.

Yeah, Gunbot has no problem with that.He used to be cool, kind of like an island unto himself, taking potshots at it all, but he's lost his edge. The looneyville transition is complete.

Come on dude, any post with the word twat in it has to make sense, doesn't it? Speaking of which. Watch KOCE tonight at ten. They're showing a Celtic Woman show which has videos from both of their live DVDs.

It get annoying when you somehow find random people's two-sentence tweets (twits?) about their thoughts on a Journey show. Nobody cares what some random clown thinks. It's always "OMGZZZ Journey's new singer ROCKZZZ!!!!!" or "Great time at the Journey show!"
So what? What's that do for me? It has no point. I like reading reviews of actual people here, who actually go to shows in person.

If you think about it, it's a real time review of the concert.
So it's more annoying than personal insult?
fightingilliniJRNY wrote:It's not a real-time review. It's two sentences long and offers no substance.
And I think having these things and other beliefs shoved down my throat is more annoying than what you might find a personal insult. If you had been around longer than the AP era (not saying there's anything wrong with coming on board when AP joined the band), you'd realize that the fanbase is divided into anywhere from 3 to 37 factions. There's a lot of debate, and it was MUCH more heated around 2005 and 2006. People believe what they want to believe and stand up for it, but having someone's beliefs shoved down my throat in every thread gets tiresome.
By the way, I'm from Illinois too. Where do you live?
