1. Why the fuck did Imus have to apologize to Sharpton. The only people who he should have apologized to were the players on the Rutgers team.
2. Why hasn't Mr. I demand an apology Sharpton ever apologized to the New York city Prosecutor whose career he ruined in the Tawana Brawley incident.
3. Why the hell did Sharpton parade his daughter into his studio and ask Imus if she looked like a nappy headed ho. ( If Imus had any sack left he would have said yes) She had nothing to do with this and doesn't even attend Rutgers.
4. If Sharpton is preaching a one race society, why is it when Imus called himself a "cracker" did Sharpton tell him not to offend his own race.
Imus made a stupid unfunny comment that's all it was plain and simple. The race baiters like Sharpton and Jackson need to just SHUT THE FUCK UP! They make it out to sound like the guy did a two hour reading from Hitler's diaries. It was a two second blurb.

Yes- and probably 50-70% of the people in the U.S. today had no ancestors HERE during the time of Slavery!
Hell, one side of my family wasn't here until the 1920's, and my grandmother's people were burned out by Gen. Lee ( because they were part of the Underground Railroad!)

Good point. We're being held hostage because of mistakes that a fraction of the people currently living in this country made. We're letting it happen though. Until someone has the intestinal fortitude accompanied by influence to put the situation back into plain spoken language it's only going to get worse.
It sort of equates to overcompensating for a physically challenged person to the point where they don't even do the things they are perfectly capable of doing for themselves, and thereby making them more needy and more demanding. We've let ourselves by held responsible for something that we had no part in to the point where we're expected to keep overcompensating as the level of overcompensation rises.
Unfortunately one of my ancestors is Gen. Lee.Strange that I was born and raised in the Midwest and my husband has lived here in VA his entire life, but I'm the one that's decended from Lee and Lynch(founder of Lynchburg).

( which, of course, we don't!)

For as long as they made billions with their music divisions featuring low life rappers and their abusive lyrics, the executives should fire themselves. I believe CBS still owns Viacom which is VH 1 and MTV. Today Rap sales are down 30% so maybe EVERYONE will stop patronizing trash CD's and Videos. Could the two hypocrisy twins (Jesse & Al) be next to fall ?

This was discussed on Fox & Friends yesterday morning. A little hypocrisy, huh...?
