They have taken the princess back to court. Did anyone see what she was wearing? OMG. Also, pics have surfaced on TMZ.com of her CRYING in the back of the squad car. Anyone else having a hard time conjuring up sympathy for her??

"Not 100% sober" has NO clear definition and is ambiguous. Say I'm driving under a .08 and Granny Granola is driving "100% sober." If my reaction time is still clearly better than hers, which I'd bet my left arm it's better than 90 % of ALL sober people, should she be arrested for DUI? Of course not. And neither should I. You know what....I can't go out of my body and see how OTHER people operate a vehicle with a BAC of .08, but the couple hundred times I've done it is MORE than proof that it's not a problem. Why do sober drivers that kill people seemingly get a free pass? Seems to me that they have LESS of an excuse and should probably receive a more severe punishment than a drunk driver. Shit, you're sober...what's your excuse? I'm not condoning it, rather illustrating that the penalty should be the SAME.

In October, we will be plowed, but most likely walking right SJ?

Correct. I will be taking the train there, otherwise we'd be be driving.

I'll take choice 2. Count on a call tonight Deano.....while I'm driving.

I would counter with this: "When I fish I catch and release. What are the odds of you doing the same?" Then he'd arrest me. No biggie.

I also used that line when I was a substitute teacher and a kid would bitch because I made him/her stay in for lunch for talking. It's a very common phrase across all aspects of life. Why'd you seem so surprised?

Per reporters:

Here's what's going down in court right now. Judge Michael Sauer said, before Paris was released, he was contacted by the Sheriff and told they would file a motion to place Paris under house arrest. The judge said the motion was never filed, and added, "There's no way I would have approved it even if I got the motion."

The prosecutor, Dan Jeffries, who is also pissed at the Sheriff, accused the Sheriff of "assuming all three roles of the criminal justice system," claiming "Sheriff Lee Baca is interpreting the law all by himself."

The judge has just addressed the court and said, "I don't know why the defendant couldn't be treated at Lynwood, because they have a great medical facility."

....

Can the Sheriff be held in contempt of court?

Sorry Red but we don't live in a country with a monarchy. I still haven't figured out who the fuck anointed this family U.S. royalty and therefore entitled to preferential treatment. Please explain.

I kinda know, but I needed a segue for a "fire the blog up" joke, something we always do around here in case of a "somebody done somebody wrong" scenario 8)

That, plus I still like her.

BACK TO JAIL SHE GOES!!!

Screaming Paris Hilton sent back to jail

Paris Hilton was taken from a courtroom screaming and crying Friday seconds after a judge ordered her returned to jail to serve out her entire 45-day sentence for a parole violation in a reckless driving case.

"It's not right!" shouted the weeping Hilton. "Mom!" she called out to her mother in the audience.

Hilton, who was brought to court in handcuffs in a sheriff's car, came into the courtroom disheveled and weeping. Her hair was askew and she wore a gray fuzzy sweatshirt over slacks. She wore no makeup and she cried throughout the hearing.

LOL! Me too, I hope she cries a river. Don't feel sorry for her at all. I've watched parents lose their babies & kids because of stupid fucking drunk drivers like her. She's just damn lucky she didn't kill anyone...yet. I agree with Andrew 100%, she's a total waste of space & oxygen.

Wonder if she has any designer shoes to match her new striped "outfits"
