Plus, Chiefy, its not a fucking war. Its an armed oil exploration exercise masquerading as a war. Since when did Iraq threaten to invade the USA? I really don't recall how many B52s or Steath bombers they have that can reach the West...? Its so sweet that Bush wants to install 'democracy' into the Middle East. How kind and thoughtful. ANd kill 600,000 women and children on the way.

Your talk of treason reminds me of the ultra right wing libertarian hotheads that get wheeled out every so often over here. Then they get put back in a box for another 50 years.

"Ultra right wing" and "libertarian" make no sense when placed together.

'fraid not. The libertarians over here are right wing to the point of zero state intervention on anything and that tends to include any social conscience or need to have a welfare state of any kind - associated very much with the ultra right wing. Put it into the context I intended and it makes perfect sense.

Just chalk it up to different interpretations of the word, I guess. Libertarians here are typically very conservative on fiscal issues but very liberal on social issues. It's a mixed bag as far as they go and they are typically also very much against the war in Iraq or any war, for that matter.
