Street Talk VS Raised On Radio

It's Steve Perry, anything with his stamp on it, as far as im concerned, is something special, or worth at least a look. I know some people in music circles bashed, this, that and the other from Perry. Against The Wall (SONY) was one project bashed and wasn't given the lite of day. FTLOSM has heard it's somber echo's but here again, i love that music and that sound. My favorite has to be ROR for many reasons. But i enjoy SP's music and i think it's an interesting issue concerning his voice-chart. What i mean by that is that each project from him, Street Talk, ROR, Frontiers, E.T.C, has a different outlook in terms of voice range, tone, and overall sound. His style will always separate him for ever. Even though i have read quotes from him stating he has done this on purpose and with that being said, has let the chips fall where they may. Looks like the chips fell on the No. 7 horse. I'd say Mr. Perry pushed all the right buttons and choose the correct people in putting out his records. That gave his legacy the untouchable status he deserves.
