Well gee, since some of you guys are so sure what I think and feel and what my motives and agendas are regardless of what I may say to the contrary, what's the point in my ever offering a comment? Each of you just take turns posting what I would say and entertain yourselves.

It had nothing to do with replacing Perry, because really JSS did too. So why have I accepted JSS.........some people have that "it" factor and some don't.

And, the 'it' factor is different from person to person.

What the hell are you talking about? Sammy and Dave have NOTHING in common vocaly. That is strangest comparison I have read in a long time. Hagar has "Roth'isms" LOL...too funny.

Exactly. I was comparing VH bringing Sammy in and going a different direction. They didn't bring somebody in that sounded like Dave like Journey did with SA. I said JSS had Perryisms (only natural he would have inflections of Perry, Mercury, Prince, Cooke, etc.) but vocally different than Perry, didn't say anything about Hagar having Rothisms? I don't know who Hagar's influences were. :?

......and you're right, the 'it' factor is different from person to person. It's personal preference, just saying who I perceive to have the 'it' factor.
