She is such a beautiful woman - talented as well!!

Hell and I am not even into women !!!

I know what you mean Cat. There are so many of them who are called "beauties" but are really "cheapies". I think Charlize is the real thing in the old Hollywood style. (Meaning you have to come with it rather than buy it after you get here.)

No, it wasn't Patty Jenkins wedding. This wedding was in June in Northern California. From what I understand, it was one of his LA friends.

Hey Nora, I've been down for the punch since I first saw the pic on the LEFT. The man looks amazing. And I'll even venture to say that pictures looks better than the ROR pics. Now thats saying a lot for me.

If Deb says there's a scar, then there's no doubt that there's a scar. I'm betting it's from a mole rather than anything else though.

No idea what it is from, none of my business.........but hell, who was looking at his neck anyway with those eyes? j/k

Thanks ohsherrie!! I thought that is what you meant - :)

Deb - are you frigging kidding??????

Yes the eyes kill me too, however,

that l-o-o-o-o-n-n-n-g neck - the perfect chamber to carry the perfect voice.......

it also gives me very evil thoughts

maybe that is why I noticed so much hehehehe

LOL ok Cat ya caught me. Don't want to turn this into a fawning thread, but hell we are talking Steve Perry here! Neck, sure..........but he's got great facial features period! Gawd when he was spelling my name, he could have been spelling 'sidewalk' for all I knew, I was so starstruck.......I just nodded and said "yes, thanks".

OH, Deb, I remember seeing this pic a while back. Everything about the man is simply breathtaking......yep it's turning into a fawning thread. Where's niggy to run through the loons...

What I started as a real conversation about potential surgical scars on SP's neck has just turned...pathetic.

Yeah...I live in northern CA, I wonder where this was! :D My Perry-dar must be out of whack.

Okay, this is totally unsubstantiated, but it's an old Perry sighting story and I'm up at 4 am with the flu so you all get to hear it.

My sister swears she was behind Steve in a Fresno Costco a few years ago. Not being a blushing flower (and not being a Journey fan), she had no problem with telling him "Geeze, you look exactly like Steve Perry!"

He says "I am Steve Perry."

My sis says, "Well how the hell are ya?"

I would have slipped on the drool on the floor ( not true - I did meet him and was quite the mature, articulate woman. Then I had the biggest margarita I could order to calm me down!)

I'm like, are you sure? And she's like - "Kim, I KNOW Steve Perry when I see him even if I don't think of him 24/7!"

Okay, my meds are kicking in now. Now I know how the guys feel when they post intoxicated. I'm a space cadet.....

I sorta been on that link like everyday.....he he he....just can't help myself. Anyway I been roaming around the site. I checked all the vendors pages...just incase there were some other pix or a vid. No I haven't found any others, but I am still perusing around the site. I decided to click on Steve Perry in the article..it takes you to Steve's page on Fan Asylum. If you click on journey it takes you to Journey's web page...HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. It also occured to me that someone had to get permission to post Steve's picture....so, logically, he has to know they would get out on the net. I realize a wedding planning page is an odd place to find him...but found he was and here he is all over the net.

Why post them now...??? They been around since sometime in June...I don't know....I just find it titillatingly interesting.......

Thanks for clairifing things regarding FA for us Lora. I sorta assumed the poster of the orig pix on the bride planner site had nothing to do with FA or Journey's web page....but the poster obviously does knows that Steve has a page on Fan Asylum and is aware of Journey's web site page as well. I just found it interesting that the poster took the time to do the links in the first place.

Thanks again Lora and have a great Holiday!!!

Yep you are definately right, I never heard it sound quite so crisp before. It literally blows the JSS version away! Here's hoping a karaoke backing track is released as I would love to have a shot at covering it myself! :D

Incidently there is another version that is damn close to the original, some would say on a par -
