Then let me ask you this....why are you up in this thread? It should make no difference to you whether or not there is a Journey forum. Those who wanted it got a Steve Perry forum. What's the real issue here? Why does it bother you so much? And, normaly I joke a lot, but not now....those are serious questions. Obviously the current line up of Journey brings nothing into your life, so to me it seems pointless that you would want to participate in threads about them. That's how I see it anyway.

Because the idea of continual conflict is too intriguing for them to ever let it go. That's been their MO all along.

As you noted, they got the Perry board they incessantly clamored for, but that will never be enough. Now they want the two forums merged back together again. Why? Have you seen the lack of activity over there? It's as dead as a doorknob. They have nobody to fawn with, except each other. Reason enough to have a separate Perry board. There's nobody over there that they can needle or bait just for the hell of it. They really don't know what they want, because it's all one big game to them.

Actually, I am convinced that a couple em are flat fucking rabid crazy. I loved Perry as a singer and respect what he brought us for many years but I don't worship him as the holy grail and if you say anything that does not soothe the ears of some of the devoted loons you can expect some venom coming your way. I'm a Journey fan til the end and am very pro Arnel, but if a loon catches wind of that you'll be a accused of disrespecting Perry and his legacy. No....some of us have just moved on with the band and are still enjoying the music. And frankly, I can go listen to a CD anytime I want to hear SP, but what has he done for us lately?
