Ok I changed my mind. Here's an audio rip from the pro shot Largo, MD 8/23/80 "Where Were You". Opening song of the show.

I'm from Maryland. The old Capital Centre was referred to at times as from Largo or Landover. In reality, Landover is actually on the other side of the Capitol Beltway where Landover Mall is

Later Jack Kent Cooke built Redskins Stadium nearby (Fedex Field) and attempted to name that area "Raljon" after his sons Ralph and John.

I was also a geography major in college.

Thanks arrivalrules, for the correct information. I am wondering about the quality of your vid boot of this show. Whomever made the first tape of this show, way back when, had a slight problem. Their tape got stretched or something, and now in my dvd copy, I have a messed up part. Is your vid boot flawless?

Mine is ok. It's grainy but very watchable. What part is yours messed up? I could check mine and see if it has the same glitch or not. I haven't watched mine completely through in awhile. I'd be happy to check though.

I have a copy of that show but it must be a 32nd generation or something because the video is unwatchable.

You sure that's Journey? Doesn't even sound like Perry to me at all.

The quality is crappy, but it's Perry. It's on a disk of various snippits of things, even the audio of an appearance Steve made on All in the Family.

This is from a concert at Burrel High back when Infinity was just released. I don't know where this school is or why they were playing there, but at the beginning of this track of LaDoDa Gregg says "welcome to the hot box" :D .

Here's the skit. It's not a real appearance on the tv show, it's a radio skit. I don't know where or when it was made, and it's really cheesey, but funny in places.

That would be great! I’m just glad someone is sharing this stuff, thanks.

(Was all of the Casino Rama show as good as The Time?)

**raising hand**

Um...no; never heard this before - Saw the ROR Tour a month too early - mid November.

DANG!!

Steve flies up to that high note - on the word "syne" - at the end....at MIDNIGHT!!

He STILL had that much left in him....wow...

Well, now the comment about the "New Year's Eve buns" in "Strung Out" makes a lot more sense...

Casino Rama from 6/30/04

"The Party's Over - Hopelessly in Love" (Augeri with an assist from Deen, Don't worry, it's live and pretty good LOL)

http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?a ... 7175D6C0FF

Going to come up with some Perry stuff too. Those shows are just older and better circulated, so I don't really have much that many haven't heard where that's concerned. I'll try to find something worth posting though. :)

Isn;t this a song Perry brought into Journey from his prior life or am I mixed up??
