I was very surprised as well....

I guess until it comes out as to why, we are all left to speculate the decision the band made.

Given the size of JSS I pity the fool that told him! It wouldn't take much effort to 'rearrange' Schon's suspiciously plastic looking face for sure!

Journey management is currently investigating the following method of removing lead singers whose services are no longer required -

I bet he will be harder to 'hush' than Augeri was too. I personally would not want to ruffle Jeff's feathers. He may be quiet now, but there may be a bomb go off soon.

The bit I find most interesting is what JSS Rocks just said about how good sources had said he spoke to Steve A...

And sorry for calling them old... okay they're not really old. But in a Scottish accent silly old men sounds better than just silly men... put it that way. Silly auld goats would be even better.

I'll go with they wanted him to contribute to the writing while not being a full member of the band. We will soon know. Has anyone ever measured the atomic weight of the bands brains?Oh, that can't be done because they are airheads!

Jeff's in shape, has energy, drive and a youthful spirit, made the band look bad. They just want to grow pot bellies and grow old doing the dirty dozen from time to time now, not work out, keep their creativity going, and move around on stage. Look at Ross? In concert Jeff tried to wake him up, but he can usually only move his facial muscles and his hands. Their turning into stiffs before their time is up :shock:

Too bad Jeff wasn't brought in instead of Augeri....when they still wanted to do something and create new music. With Jeff's songwriting abilities, they could have come up with some great tunes ( if the egos would have let him write). Now we'll never know what the combination with Jeff would have come up with.

I'm sorry to hear this. Journey put on such a great show in London in March and it was the first time the band were able to win me over since Perry left.
