Mini-show in March...

Is there anything that you guys would like to see or do? I know the guys could care less about it (except for you Deano), but there's a serious shopping complex 3 or 4 miles from the hotel. It's called "Village At Sandhill", and it's it's own freaking town! I've never seen anything like it before. That's also where the Wild-Wings is. Just let me know.

Just a quick music update... I just added "Eye Of The Storm" to my Myspace. This version has been completely re-recorded from scratch and is much more upbeat than the previous version. I had a buddy of mine come over tonight and throw some scratch rhythm tracks on it. Alex will probably re-record all of the guitars, but I just wanted you to hear this! I hope you like it.

Sad news folks...

I just got off of the phone with Alex, and we've decided to cancel our mini-show. He was told that it would only take him a couple of weeks to get his passport, but he has a friend that told him he's been waiting for 45 days just for a renewal. At that rate, it'll probably be a couple of months before he gets it. The airlines won't even let him purchase a ticket until he has passport in-hand.

Another issue I've been thinking about, is that we were going to have to resort to playing and singing along with karaoke tracks. The more I think about that, the more it bothers me. I just don't think I could stoop to such a low quality performance.... even if it is just for friends. I hope you understand.

We've decided that once we finish writing these last few songs, we'll be hitting the labels pretty hard. Hopefully we'll get signed, and we'll be able to get an actual band behind us. It'd be better for everyone involved. I do hope we can do a show for you someday soon, and I can't wait to meet and party with you! Maybe we can still have some kind of get-together...just let me know your thoughts.
