I would edit that post if you don't want to be ridiculed as just another "Arnel Pineda and the J-Boys" fan.

I'm am too much of a pinhead to worry about that.

At least I try listen and appreciate some songs during the SA era. That should at least give me some bonus points.

Bonus points for the concept subtracted by the awfulness of your song selection. Christ, do you fuckers listen to anything but sappy love ballads? Try growing a pair and rocking a bit.

Maybe so, maybe so, but a garbage song selection for sure from the Augeri era and not at all a fair representation of his work with the band.

So what are the songs will you recommend as fair representation of his work?

My favorite SA era song is still Livin' To Do followed closely by World Gone Wild.

EDIT: Gotta add Walking Away from the Edge. Thanks Ehmatt

Higher Place
Signs of Life
Livin' To Do
To Be Alive Again
We Will Meet Again
I Got a Reason
Kiss Me Softly
Faith in the Heartland, not the crap Arnel version
Place In Your Heart, see above
Out Of Harm's Way
Beyond The Clouds
Walking Away From The Edge

Admittedly, not all rockers, but all stronger songs than those you are listening to now.

So, what's your point? The dudes in prison have mommas who love them. When it comes to cars, there is an ass for every seat and with music, there is an ear for every song.

Just food for thought.
Since Jeremey Hunsicker was honored with a plaque for Revelation's RIAA certification of Platinum, does that mean that Augeri and Perry can technically include that album in their resumes as platinum albums that they have participated in?
Jeremey had one co-writing credit on that album, Augeri one and Perry had nine.
Both discs had to be counted to reach the certification number so it seems to reason that if one co-writer was acknowledged then all of them could claim credit.
Since Perry has already had a multi-platinum album, along with six Top 40 singles from his solo career alone, not to mention all of his Journey hardware, it probably means nothing to him but for Augeri, a guy that helped Neal and Jon keep the band afloat when things could have just ended, it would be a great nod to his eight years of service with the band.

I can go along with that. The inclusion of the Augeri tune was a very nice way of saying thank you to him. As was the Hunsicker plug. Very classy. Kudos to both of them and the person/people that made those decisions.
