Dude, singles are either released to radio stations or they are not.
The fact that they don't get played has nothing to do with anything.
"Message of Love" and "If He Should Break Your Heart" also were released and recieved minimal airplay. That doesn't negate the fact that they were/are singles.

I heard If He Should Break Your Heart and MOL..I NEVER heard WYL, or All the Way.

As I just told you, I think "With Your Love" did chart -just very poorly.
"All the Way" fared somewhat better.
