I'm not taking something said five years ago and applying it to today.
What I am doing is taking into account the last herbie interview that was at the very most 2 month ago.
I don't remember reading anything about the financial status of the band members and you have failed to point out what he said that makes you believe what you do.
And yes Ross blew his money a long time ago in 91 I think you said. But think about that. That's all the money he made when they were popular. He has not been a part of anything that has a made a lot of money since then. Except the touring.
Come on...that was 15yrs ago. In 20yrs, the financial calculators I have used say I will be a millionair with my 401k...and I am certain I make a LOT less then Ross has. You are assuming a LOT of things.
I'm not pretending to know how much they make each concert. Maybe they make big time money touring. But if you crunch the numbers I can't see how it can be one million dollars for each member every tour or even $500,000.
And, multiply that times the number of tours they have been doing...plus the Storm tour and albums, plus the royalties from Arrival/Red 13/Generations, plus whatever is made on the various solo ventures. Again - you are GUESSING on a lot of things you don't know about.
And monker, I never said I KNEW this. It's what I think. How many times have I said I could be wrong? A lot.
That is NOT the impression I get from the post I quoted (and you requoted)...it seems to me you are listing things you believe are facts, and saying people are nuts if they don't believe what you do.
