That's the problem here. Extremes on both sides.

 Well, most of the sheeple at BT probably wouldn't qualify.

Absolutely, but it'd be entertaining.

Well, are you shocked? I'm not. I think some people so desperately want to believe that it isn't true, and quite honestly, I don't blame them. Having hung around the Styx world for a long time, you still have the DDY vs. Tommy/JY/Styx people, etc. It's all stupid because it's just music.

But ... this is somewhat different IMHO. We're not talking Perry/Augeri. This is the accusation that a band that a lot of people spend their hard earned cash on (some ridiculously more than others; I was poking around BT and one person said they went into debt following them around and happily did so! Talk about a bit too much love for Journey ...) and the product may not match with what's expected. Want to sequence some stuff? OK. Fatten backing vox? They shouldn't have to with that many people on stage, but I can maybe let that slide. Have substituted lead vox? No way. As a musician myself, no excuse for that. None. Ever.

I'd rather pay $10 and see the band down the street who may bomb worse than an act on the Gong Show than pay $100 for a once proud band who I still enjoy. I'll listen to my CDs instead - same difference.

How did you do with the other clips you uploaded? Just rip the cd you get into an mp3 file and upload it where you uploaded your Journey stuff.
