If Augeri ever comes back, I will make a vow to be the biggest Augeri Journey supporter you have ever seen. I will author "Show the love for Steve" threads at Back Talk. I will get in touch with Frank and have a Journey Shirt Day for the two of us as we toast Steve for calling his name. I will join KC and CJ as the syrupy sweet supporters of Steve. I will post pictures of Steve in his red leather pants and talk about how sublime his buttocks are. I will vote for Augeri songs in every one of Rich's head to heads. In closing, I will make Butterfly (hold on, I am holding back vomit) my new all time favorite song.

Why would I want to piss anyone off?

Heck, I couldn't care less about what anyone here thinks of me. This is just the internet, and Journey is just a couple of guys who happen to play music for a living. I don't know the guys and don't really care to. I will never meet anyone on here, either. Some people here I agree with, others I don't. There are obviously at least 2 schools of thought here, and we pretty much know which side people are on. I never make it personal and never take anything personally. I laugh when people get so upset - or try to get someone upset. It is hysterical.

I enjoy the music in my car and that's about it. I don't take any of this seriously. I enjoy the news and debates I get from this site, but I actually have a life - a wife and 2 kids - and a college degree. I love the music of Journey. That is it for me. I don't have this fantasy that I have some sort of relationship with them or responsibility toward them because I am a member of one internet board or another.

Unlike some on here, you couldn't say enough to make me take an insult personally.

I believe Tapegate was real. I believe Steve's voice is history. However, this is just a side hobby of mine - Journey and these message boards. It is mildly entertaining, but I don't take it as serious as most people on here do.

Piss people off? Not me. Just making fun and interesting conversation.
