then why did you ask the question noble? if you have already made up your mind and have your opinion why do you ask for others and then so quickly
silence them with your statements.

You seem like a nice woman, but I have no idea what you're babbling on about.
I never posed the question as to the viability of future musical endeavors w/ Augeri, I simply asked posters what songs could Jeff perform better than Steve A.
That is all.

To answer this honestly, I think Jeff does a great job on Lovin' Touchin' Squeezin'. It's my LEAST favorite JRNY song, but from what I've heard he does great with it because it's bluesy and in a lower register. I really like his take on this one.

I think he does a great Dead or Alive, too. I don't think Augeri could ever have done that one justice.

Yes, I may be out of line, but it's really not for you to say.

I also like that Jeff is going to tackle "Place in Your Heart" and other 90's - 00 on JRNY tunes.

Don't like the Augeri bashing though - sorry. Just my take. :o

He did it when I saw him on the Detour tour.
Sadly, from where I was positioned, his vocals were not very audible.
Maybe he did a bang up job.
Who knows?

Then I ask you again, where in this thread did I ask a question that I did not want an answer to?
It simply didn't happen.

And my bar tab will cause them to blow out even more lead singers' voices to keep the greed show on tour.

noble, i read the "augeri ass eater" comment and misinterpreted your true intentions; that might have been an error on my part. i thought instead of attempting to solicit honest responses you were instead baiting others to provide yourself with some amusement this afternoon.

No, I want to know peoples honest take on this.
I assure you, if I wanted to get my rocks off on a lazy afternoon, I can think of numerous more titilating avenues to do it than a message forum.

Get off your perch and lose the holier-than-thou attitude.
Yes, I used suicide in a jocular context.
Yes, it was probably in bad taste.

Now what?

Want me to adorn myself in cinder ashes, throw on a burlap sack and walk the desert for the rest of eternity?
