Really? Huh. Never been there myself. I've heard good and bad. Selland has a special place for me since it's where I saw my first rock concert ever consisting of three groups - Ides of March, Dr. Hook & the Medicine Show and the headliner; Rare Earth! Total cost: $4.50 GA. I will never forget it. First time I ever smelled pot too.
