All american beer is fizzy piss with about as much kick as a legless pony. Only UK brewed cask 'real ale' is proper Beer. 5 pints (UK FULL pints, not US Imperial pints) of Marstons Pedigree or Everards Tiger will make you blind and insensible.

Start throwing rocks, I'll batton down the hatches....

Just about any version of Samuel Adams is as good or better than any of the British pretenders.

Not fond of Begian wheat
Tried the white from TJ
OMG
I could hardly get it down
Yuck.

Best beer of my childhood
was Miller
Dsd would drink a few on the weekend
while he was fixing the house & I got a sip
I loved the bubbles & did think Miller was a clean tasting beer.

In my 20's it was Amstel Light or Grolsch I liked the bottle

Had a Blackened Voodoo that I really enjoyed
but you can't find that too often

While in Australia at an Octoberfest
My Dad & myself finished off a pitcher of this dark beer
Don't know what it was
but it was goooooood!!!!
Perhaps being out woth my parents after not seeing them in years might have added to the appeal
but I wish I knew what they dark German beer was.

Now I would have to say...& I have Deano to blame
One of my favs is the Stella D
Pilsner Urquell is also good.
I get them when they are on sale

Moon goah I was a Raplhs ;ast week & looking over the sales
They had Moosehead $11 for 12
I don't know what a case is in Canada
but it $50 sounds like robbery.

I also like dark stouts.
Swan from Australia used to be good
Fosters is no longer ,ade in Australia

My new thing is Sapporo made in Canada
It;s good with Thai...

Anyone had Boddingtons Pub Ale from Britain? Each can has a little ball in it so when you open it, it releases air or something to give it a draft taste.

I'm not a big beer drinker, but I do enjoy a good microbrew now and then, and Sam Adams goes really well with steamed crabs.

I am a fan, but I was so disappointed in that damn play off game. Too many stupid mistakes made by coaches and players alike cost us a ride to the Superbowl. Every Baltimorean felt let down that day. I still love my team and will ALWAYS be a Ravens fan. I was just venting a little. Maybe I'll change my comment, maybe I won't, but I will remain loyal to the Ravens as well as remaining opinionated about them. It's a fan's right to do that, you know.
