Cowher's the next Penn State coach.

With McFrontRunner that game would've been over the second he threw the pick 6 in the 1st q that Feely tossed.

I must say that I was impressed. They kept the Pats on the run the entire game. I don't know who I was going for....as I don't want the Pats to have the perfect season and I you all know I don't like the Eagles. BUT...it WAS a good game and Feely did a damn good job.

A poorly planned marketing initiative. It'll bomb, most people are like us who find a way around buying the package. Even I know that is a dumb idea. You only piss off the fans that way.

Especially putting a game like this (#1 in the NFC race) on a channel that, like NIG said, only 1/3 of the country will see. Granted...the networks didn't know it was going to be like this when they made the deal before the season started...but still...once they figured it out they should've made deals with CBS or FOX or something so everyone could see it.
I'm just glad I found one of 2 bars in town, that I like, that have NFLN.

Disagree. It is brilliant. Dallas fans are hardcore and cannot live w/o their precious Cowboys and Green Bay...anyone here ever been to Green Bay? That place is just like a college town. The Packers are publicly held, and the waiting list for season tix is 8 years+. 3 years ago, when the Pack played on Monday Night, the night shift at the local auto factory all called in sick...yes, all of them did!

Let's be honest, we all want to see this game. I want to see Brett Favre beat those Hillbilly motherfuckers into submission.

NFL Sunday Ticket is one of the best bargains in the world. $180 for an entire season of football? I save literally thousands by not having to go to the bars and extorting free beer from those that want to come over and watch the games.

Yeah but in this case, in order to get NFL Network, you need Direct TV and that is more than 180. I had it and loved it though.

DirecTV sucks. Dish Network includes the NFL network and I only pay $60.

NFL Network and NFL Sunday Ticket are two different things. Sunday Ticket gives you virtually every game every week. NFL Network is one channel, correct?

Not happening, Colnel.

The 'Pokes are replacing the booze in Farve's water coolers w/ Gatorade and replacing his painkillers w/ vitamin c.

Sounds like a 5-pick implosion.

I have Comcast, and I only pay like $2.00 a month for their "sports" package. All I care about is the NFL Network. Makes the offseason much more bearable.

So did I!!! I had Blackjack, Horse Racing, Football, Baseball and one more that I never played. The problem with Intellivision is that you couldn't put it on the carpet because the static electricity ruined it. I loved that game. I'd take it over today's shit in a second. Intellivision had the best controllers, too.

Nintendo NES.

Tecmo SuperBowl ('91).

Never been another football game like it. Where else can you rack up 1k yds rushing in 1 game w/ "QB Eagles?"

Ooo...I'm a huge Bo guy.

Schroeder The Raider was a little scattershot but who needed him w/ Bo?

This is the key for your Tecmo Nerd litmus test. Who did you use on The Raidiz D? Really only one chouce. Get it right, and I'll concede you're a threat.

Wasn't Steve Grogan able to throw a 114 yd pass? End zone to end zone.

Any and all qbs from Grogan to Marino, Harbaugh to Elway could throw it endzone to endzone, varying velocity.

Blades of Steel is hockey, one of the greats.
