Lol, That's insane. Well if you take a listen to the album - he's not really singing all the much, seems theres a great deal of decent backing vocal done by females.

Probably not the worst ever, but it's bad. Bruce's album covers and art direction have just sucked terribly the past few years, despite the outstanding music, the covers are terrible!!!!! But then again, they've never been that great ever have they? The album is indeed Magic, but the cover could have used some art direction Magic.
