Where I was sitting, they were all over the people that were trying to use recording devices. This old bitch would shine her light in their face and give them hell. I didn't even try to bring my camera in there.

Journey is back on the map. I'm impressed!! I thought the mezzanine was going to collapse. I haven't have this feeling of excitement since 83 in Oakland Coliseum. Arnel was awesome. Neal is a monster on guitar, Deen is absolutely amazing. The show started with AYWI and ended with BGTY. One funny thing I thought, was when Arnel said something about the new album "Revelations" and I thought he was going to sing one of the new songs but end up singing FITH. Back on the top of my head, he probably said Generations and mistakenly said Revelations.

My two kids loved the show... Neal made the right choice with the new lead singer. I think having Deen sing some of the songs is a good idea. It gives Arnel a little break in the action. The new ballad song is awesome. The crowd seems in awe and kept quiet listening to the lyrics, I thought.

To summarize it,

Drove 280 miles from SOCAL
Stayed at Mandalay Bay for 207 dollars a night
Spent approximately 200 dollar in buffet, seafood dude...
See Journey live in concert - 59 x 4= 299.00
Spent four Journey shirts (40.00 each)
Played Black Jack after the show- win about 500 dollars

PRICELESS

Rock on Journey!!! You guys are definitely back. Awesome show...(Hey, who was the chick that kissed ARNEL??)
