All law, to one degree or another, is someone's representation of morality. Anyway, government has no business regulating dress codes and I can't think of any conservative I know that is in favor of them doing so.

Oh gee, I must have been wrong about Falwell and the Moral Majority being conservative.

Let me very respectfully say yet again that someone who can't take the heat and cries foul if they can't win when arguing with me shouldn't be quoting me in a reply.

Wouldn't it be nice to just be able to give your opinion..and leave it at that..but people aren't content in doing that. They have to come back and wank on anyone who doesn't agree with them.
I used to work with some people who just wouldn't listen to anyone and if they couldn't make you come to there side or they didn't like what you were saying..it was F you.

ok....here is the one reason i sort of agree with this law.

i'm sitting in my living room last summer with the windows open and my daughter who is about three years old sees this guy outside and says "daddy look that guys butt is showing".now it seems funny but at the time i was fucking pissed because i already knew these thugs were troublemakers so i say stay inside.so i walk on outside and i say 'here's the deal.my kid sees your ass crack from out the window so if you want to wear your clothes like that fine but the next time my daughter sees your ass there's goona be problems so please pull your stuff up when your near my window.dude was big and could've kicked my ass but i don't give a fuck because i don't want my kids seeing that shit.so goes life in the city....

I didn't make them uninformed or hypocritical, I just called them like I saw them and I see no reason why I shouldn't respond to people in the same manner that they respond to me. Or is that the problem, that I wouldn't back down to the macho bullying? Is it that a woman shouldn't stand up to the opinions of a man and give back as good as she gets? Do my opinions rankle more with you than Dean's, TNC's, or Daniel's for the same reason so many of you hate Hillary? Is an intelligent, assertive woman a bit too threatening?

Leave it to those fuck ups in Florida to pass such a moronic law! While I think the style of young kids is ridiculous, it certainly doesn't need to be legislated! Tell Florida lawmakers to spend their time on how to fix their idiotic election system. Surely, these lawmakers must have some more pressing issues to tend to! It shames me to admit to this, but they passed just such a law where I live!! I don't believe it's a STATE law....but it is a city law!

I think the law's awesome! If you live around the south, you see this shit all the time, and I get embarassed taking my child in places with retards walking around with their fucking ass cheeks showing! It's an empidemic around here! I'm not normally one who wants government telling you what to do, but in this case...I'll make an exception.

I agree....I VERY MUCH dislike the style, however; there is a fine line that's being crossed!! The day I'm told that there will be no stillettos allowed on the Boardwalk I might be upset!!

Just another tidbit to add to the stupid laws of America. I think I read somewhere that it's illegal to eat an orange while bathing in the state of California.
