Well it's live and you can get away with it, it sounded fine. Perry did things like that all the time, accept! Perry wasn't trying to live to up anyone but probably his own reputation. On the other hand, Augeri, Pineda - and their jobs were and are to give the Journey songs some justice, and hopefully sound as much like the songs were previously sung by the original performer that made those songs famous.

It certainly did not sound fine. Something was wrong for sure. However, I am wondering if someone didn't fake this. It is so off and so bad that I just can't imagine it being genuine. The off notes sounded too off.

And that whole 2 wrongs thing, come on. The best he could have done is try and correct it to prove he could. No one is going to hit that note twice on purpose.

You're wrong, for two reasons:

1. Andrew has made it perfectly clear that he does not want that. You of all people have said on many occasions that people need to respect Andrew's wishes on this.
2. This is a JOURNEY board, not a SteveW board.

Donna, it's really not a reply to be ignorant to take a shot at me to how I replied to stevew considering the time I've been here. To my defense, I've been apart of this board since Aug.31st, of 2006, under YoungJRNYfan. What does how long you've been here, have anything to do with anything in the first place whether it's 2 days, or a year?
