Haha... now just to be clear, since I know Neal reads the board, "prick" was a reference to the word "schlong", and not Neal himself. Neal is my favorite rock guitarist of all time... Now you, on the other hand, seem to have made some association... LOL!

Hey, I think Neal and Don must have hung out together or at least were in the same place at the same time during the making of the "Stars" video. I never get tired of watching this video, and there are some great songs of Neal there... and Don and Lynch...

Certainly Not
Wasn't my hand

I must admit
Neal really knows how to get around on the frets
but sorry I just don't feel him on the guitar
I need more cowbell...

In my somewhat limited Dokken experience thus far, I've gotta say that Erase the Slate is my favorite as of yet.

Very, very nice album.

DOKKITUDE!

Just got back from a long trip and I missed this thread, anyway did everyone catch the message from Don on the MR frontpage. He insinuates that he has given up smoking, and yet two weeks ago....

I think that's actually a secret hand symbol to the Dokkenites out there to go on the march -- kinda like the Special Forces use! And hey, have a little surprise for you -- here's Don smiling and pointing at YOU!

I saw the Bill Tillman band here in a local bar. He was with Blood, Sweat & Tears for a few years. His band had a brass section, and they kicked so many kinds of ass it wasn't even funny. They were off the chain.

My dad used to play Chicago when I was a young kid on his console stereo, and I guess that's where I became a fan.

Still no love on this thread for this 80s classic.....the song Bon Jovi got all his ideas from. Is it considered too 'pop' by the Dokken community, Rip?

Oh, heck no! That's a Dokken classic, man, and I play that on the guitar all the time. I sing it every once in a while, too, and always get a killer response! LOVE that song!

Very nice!! I'll have to send you another Dokken shipment soon and I'll include the original videos that I filmed since Youtube reduces the quality quite a bit.

On the subject of It's Not Love, I love the end of the video I filmed where Don points at Levin's guitar for the riff, classic stuff!

Killer! Hey, you need to set that photo as your background, man, so you can look at it for inspiration every time you turn on your PC! Kinda like Uncle Sam saying "I WANT YOU"... it's... Uncle Don! He just needs an Uncle Sam hat!

Man, check out those XTREME LYNCH clips I posted in the Lynching thread, and if you can, please join us in the Dokken chat tonight. Peace, bro!
