I went to properties in itunes and changed the recording to mp3, reloaded my Escape CD into Itunes and then I dragged each song over to the ZVUE window and it worked! I'm just going to reburn all my journey cd's into itunes as mp3's and make it a 'Journey-only' player.

If you rip in 128 you'll be able to get everything and have room for other stuff. This is same quality as songs bought off itunes anyway. Comes up to a 1 megabyte per minute of music.

Once you fill it up do a full charge start to stop marathon so you can give us an idea how many hours it goes? If its at least 8 its acceptable. Should really be 12 or more to be great.

I'm not sure what bit rate the preloaded revelation album has or how much room the lyrics take up. I loaded escape at 192 kps until I figured out how to reduce down to 128 kps. I now have 112 songs loaded with 485 mb left. Looks like it will hold around 200 songs the way I'm doing it. I'm sure if I erased revelation, the lyric programs, and the 192 kps Escape and reloaded it all at 128 kps, I could get even more songs into the player. So 200 songs at say 3:30 a piece or so is 700 minutes - around 11 hours.

I'll charge it up and let it go and see how long it lasts.
