Found it. Yup, that's the same woman.

She's, uh, the very definition of hideous.

Just noticed something. For what it's worth, the second pic (before) is backwards. Because there is no tattoo on her forearm in the after pic and I doubt she had any tattoos removed. Plus the writing on the banner behind her in the before pic is backwards.
