Perry's back in the studio!

1st off this guy is using shitty tools to remove the lead vox and what is left behind is Perrys reverb. What you are hearing is this guy singing with Perry and not alone. Perry is in the reverb and this guy is using a SHIT load of it on his own voice. Its just hard to tell. There is one that was very good but I cant remember which one. I sent him a pm offering to mix him right if he sent me his raw vox but no reply.

That explains it! I thought I was hearing a lot of Perry in there. Cool, LD..it would be interesting to hear how he sounds without all the reverb if he takes you up on the offer.

I think that so many people reaching to emulate how he sang the songs and their admiration of his singing is a huge compliment to Steve Perry. Even with all the negativity some have because of his decision to step out of the spotlight..... all of the positivity and admiration must make him proud of all the work and energy he put into the music he was a big part in creating and the music he made on his own. It doesn't matter who comes after him,..doesn't matter if he ever sings for the public again or not... he has made his mark in music history. I bet he still shakes his head and thinks back to when he started out as a singer looking for a break into the limelight..never imagining that years later he would be considered one of the best at what he did. No matter the quantity...the best always leaves them wanting more.

You are partially correct. I changed it on NameChangeDay but due to all the confusion by many including Andrew because so many had changed names I had changed it back temporarily but stated that I wanted to keep the change...you then spurred me to go ahead with that decision due to your attacks and making something crude out of it. To be specific it was on Dec 4, 2007 when I made that decision....not in the stupid thread you are referring to but in another of your stupid threads towards someone else....
