It's all in what you're used to. Two experiences with fries doesn't mean they're all bad.

Gunby that is a coronary waiting to explode! Have you ever eaten that monstrosity?![]()

I was not at all impressed with In N Out Burger.
I was told "Oh man you HAVE to go there! They're the BEST burgers EVER!!"
People are nuts for this place out west... so the wait is about 30 minutes (or more). Sorry, but 30 minutes at a fast food place... no way. The food wasn't all bad but it wasn't worth the hassle of getting in the place, waiting half an hour, not getting a table and having to eat outside... forget it. "In N Out"? Misleading.

I guess you go in...see that the place is too full...and you go back out.

Pretty much!! In fact, I remember making that exact joke after one of the people who sent me there asked how I liked it.
And p.s. - That horrible looking stack of burgers reminds me of something I saw on Man vs. Food about a week ago...
There's a place called Eagle's Deli in Brighton, MA...
http://www.eaglesdeli.com/
Start with our Best of Boston award winning Burgers that ranged from a kids size 1/4lb to our Challenge burger which is 5lbs of beef, 20 slices of cheese, 20 slices of bacon and of course what’s a burger without fries, and our challenge burger comes with 5lbs of fries!
It's something like ten 1/2 lb. burgers on one bun. BLECH!!
If you eat the whole thing AND the 5 lb. of fries, you get your picture on the wall and a refund for your food.

Where did you go? I never see a line during the weekdays anymore, not with everybody getting on the health food kick around here.
The double six dollar burger from Carl's Jr. is another great one.

That is a disgusting waste of food. I hope when they were done with that, they gave it to a high school football team to eat. Or better yet, a homeless shelter or something.
And as much as I love burgers, I could puke just looking at that.![]()

Omg yes! Tacos!
Those are some nasty-ass looking tacos, but they rock!
Crunchy goodness! But the fries were awful.
Phoenix area JITB has excellent fries. North Carolina JITB has gross fries.
I didn't enjoy the McDs or BK fries down south either.
My conclusion is that southerners mess up fries.

Found a couple.texafana wrote:Just bumping this idea again. Now in the Journey forum there's a bunch of off topic threads, probably more off topic info than Journey info. And all perhaps because Journey is the first forum. If you had the general forum on top, I bet all of the misc topics would be posted there leaving the Journey forum to be about....Journey. The other artist's forums don't suffer near as much misc posts. Perhaps you could give it a try and see if it helps clean the Journey area up a bit? (Just re-arraging the order of the forums so the general section is at top. I think you call it "Open Artist Forum"? And it's on bottom.)

You sure your name ain't Monker?
You make a shitload of complaints for someone who continues to use the forum.
Christ that must have taken you a long time. fkin weird...
