His foundation is actually incorporated in California. When he was touring with Lani Misalucha in the US it was to help his charity. I also understand that the May 23rd Sacramento concert is a charity event, but I believe that one is to help American kids.

Yes that is aimed more for Americans.
Lani's shows weren't exactly charity. While AP was donating his fees to his charity, she was actually touring to make money so not all the profit went to Arnel's foundation even though a nice sum did.

Journey's Sacramento show is all charity and part of the WalknRock for Kids.
