I'm pretty sure Perry's the one on the left...the one with the big nose. :D

Okay they want to have the biggest collection of Steve pics and you have to hunt like MF to find them. And a big % of them are screen caps. Did you read the stories? I dunno one sounds a little like a tall tale. :?: I could be wrong....if so my mistake. 8) It's not a bad site.

unfortunately they are using the story which has been repeated many times and is not true...but it's a nice story even if it's not.

Check out the News section. Yup, that's about the size of it...
NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

Well, snowblind.......... welcome to MR and thank you for posting the link to the new Perry website. I spent about an hour reading the bio, and looking through the
interview links, and other sections. Whoever put that website together did a comprehensive job of it. WELL DONE by anybody's standards! I was especially interested in the
contest questions because some of them I have never found an answer to. So, I'm challenging all the MR "historians" to answer those questions. I appreciate that the website
was tastefully done to honor Steve Perry, and to celebrate all that he has done in his music career. I hope that Lora will bring the website to Perry's attention for that reason alone.
For someone to spend their own time and money to create such a nice website about Steve Perry for the rest of us to enjoy, I say Thank you. :D Many Kudos to the Webmaster and her support team.

I bet a good amount of the photos were culled from the mass collection I posted on this forum a few months ago, and sites like StevePerryFans. Nothing new here.

The banner font matches the font from the old Journey Music site. What a coincidence.

There use to be a site called "For the Love of Steve Perry" and it crapped out after a few years. I have to agree most pictures look like they were taken from many internet sources...nothing wrong with that....just nothing new to see. 8)

I go on vacation for two weeks and come back to find a new SP website. It's a good site, a lot of time, money and work had to go into it. Great job! Very well put together.

Here's an excerpt from one of the "stories." http://fortheloveofsteveperry.com/page67.aspx

The “cute” one, who was sitting next to the isle asked me if I was alright. They had heard every word the cook said to me. I answered yes, and asked them if they wanted anything else. They all shook their heads and I went back work cleaning up behind the counter. While they was eating, the cook continued to rant and rave. When I seen them finishing up with their food, I took the check over to the table and laid it face down. I looked into the “cute” one eyes and they were so beautiful and mesmerizing.

He kindly said he was sorry for causing all that trouble. I told him that Bill, the cook, was always like that. He smiled and winked at me. I smiled back and walked back behind the counter waiting on them to come and pay for their order. As I was wiping the counter down, they all headed for the door. The curly headed one smiled and said, “Thanks, that hit the spot”. I smiled back at him and made my way over to the table.

I picked up the check and there was a $100.00 dollar bill laying there. I tried to rush out after them but my huge belly wouldn’t allow me to move fast. Under the check and the money was two tickets to the Journey concert in San Francisco the next night. I was freaking out, it had just hit me, I served Journey breakfast. My heart was beating so fast. I looked down at my hand that held the check and on the back of it was written, “Hope you enjoy the show”. It was signed, “Steve Perry”! I was completely beside myself. I knew who Journey was, but I didn’t know what they looked like.

I was standing in the doorway thinking that I had just met Journey. For some reason I kept repeating it over and over in my head. At that very moment, my water broke. Needless to say I missed the show the following night. My son, Steven was born about three hours later.

Nothing new. Same old-same old. What happened to Snowblind? Posted once and disappeared? Come back, snowblind, come back.
