Just had the photos done. They were not the best really. I Didn't feel particualy combfortable. Said they will give me call in a week anyways.

If you want to build up your portfolio at a minimal cost, you should check out the internet (e.g. midlandstrobists on flickr) for amateur photographers doing TFCD or PFT (Time for CD or Prints for TIme), Basically, the photographer will pay you with prints or copies on cd of your photos and you pay him by modelling for him. I've been to a photoshoot by the midlandstrobists (http://www.flickr.com/groups/midlandstrobists/) group and there are some good photographers there. Just join the group and sign up for one of their photos hoots.
