I'm getting no help after being on hold twice. Finally talked to a real person in that department and said they don't have it, know nothing about it. I said, look in your computer, and she said she didn't have a computer right there. I gave up. :roll:

Here is the corporate HQ phone # -- tell them you need product info, and they can tell you which stores near your zip code may be stocking it. I sounded to me like not all the stores would be receiving it this quickly.

Having to do this to find out about the availability of a DVD that is released today is inexcusable. Even though it's only 10:30 a.m. central time, this thing should still be on the shelves and the clowns in the electronic department should know about it. If it was Best Buy, it would be on the shelf when the doors open.

I can probably understand the fact that it being released on a Friday is throwing things off, because I didn't have a problem with Revelation. But still, Journey's management should be assuring that things are going smoothly on release day.

No go at my local Hell Mart either. I freakin' hate that place. I decided to just go the online route and wait a few days to get it. I really wish Journey had other stores selling their stuff too. The only times I've been to Wal Mart in the past two years were to look for Revelation, that mp3 player thing, and now the DVD. Maybe they should watch the WalMart documentary before signing another deal with them. I avoid that place as much as possible.

100% truth. Release date was definitely moved up to accommodate the Oprah airing. And I wonder if it was even set prior to them learning when the Oprah show would air their appearance.

I don't have the personality to call back later in the day after this morning dealing with them and no clue, and I HATE Wal-Mart and will only show up once I know this is there. The last time I went there was Revelation.

I hate walmart too! I don't know how much they pay their employees but $2 an hour is $2 too much~~ Also could it be that just the supercenters got them. This particular Walmart is a supercenter.

Not as good as a review or some video clips, but it seems the artwork has changed slightly.
More detail work on the scarab now, lots of white lines.
I think I prefer it the way it was.

I wonder if that cover is the result of whatever scanning/uploading Wal-Mart did to get it on their website. Not sure all those white lines are really supposed to be there. You're right, it doesn't quite look as nice as it did previously.
