What Option Would You Prefer In Regards To Perry And Journey

Are you kidding me???????????? Those individuals that are saying ney to a Perry show probably never saw Perry. If they did and they still would prefer the band as it stands today must be smoking something! I happen to see Journey 58 times in my 49 years of life and the majority were with Perry. Those were the days my friend

I knew it and that makes you irrelevant to any Journey discussion! So tell me, why do you and others who
share your views bother posting in the Journey forum? Is it to be a killjoy, or perhaps, you and others are
extremely bothered that Journey is having success? I honestly believe there are people who, if it were in their
power, would sabotage this band. I've read some crazy assed comments out there.

This forum has always been both Journey/Anti Journey. I know there was a moment when the plokkers tried to overwhelm and make it a third fan site for the little guy it but once they were exposed as idol worshippers with really no interest nor education in the band's history beyond Pineda, everything went back to normal. That's why MR is unique and in the long run, it hasn't hurt anything.
Even with all the bickering back and forth, Andrew still got to be the exclusive provider of the one audio clip of new music out there from Eclipse so the band must still value this place in some capacity, warts and all.

I would of course prefer to see a tour with Perry. But I'm realistic enough to know it won't ever happen. He's not able to do the songs. He just isn't. Nor does he want to. Since 96(?) he's not been a member of the band. He'd also not be interested in making new music. I'd rather have that.
The band has had 3 singers since. Time to get on with our lives...

Arnel's doing a great job and should continue with the band until it finally retires.

It is true!! Perhaps not everyone came here w/that intention,
but some did ... some came in here w/the intention of building your boy up by tearing SP down!! Just because YOU
came here to defend AP, doesn't mean all your peeps did!! I remember thinking it so ironic that one could be
removed/banned from the plokker site for one negative remark in re to AP, but SP, SA and JSS could be bashed to smithereens here by
the plokkers ...so, yes, G~boy speaks the truth!!

Every ACTUAL Pineda fan from this board and every other has been gracious, courteous and very complimentary toward Perry, while also showering Arnel with support. There is not one shred of evidence that I know of that ever showed an actual Pineda fan tearing down Perry. Just like every other singer since, I have a feeling that some percentage, perhaps a large one, may have been Perry fans trying to sway sentiment toward Pineda and his fans in a negative direction. We've actually busted people doing this type of shit here before. It happens.

That did happen. It was the ROR tour. It would actually seem odd that a guy who has been silent for 15 years finally comes out of the woodwork
to say that he retired a decade and a half ago.
