I missed the Journey/Heart/Cheap trick tour unfortunately. Their last stop at Darien Lake the next year was by themselves, still a good concert though!

Cuts like a knife. Awesome opening act. Sat up in the nose-bleed section in old reunion arena for 1st show.
2nd night had a single ticket 2nd row center stage. Bryan Adams and Steve Perry at their finest.

Man those were some good times. Wish I was 17 again! 8)

I was the same age at those same shows 8) 8) 8) 8)

I would go with Night Ranger Last year (or was it the year before?). I actually think NR was way better sonically. You could actually hear the guitar, the vocals, the drums, not just a jumble of sound like when JRNY came on after them.

When did Glass Tiger tour with Journey? I saw Glass Tiger open for Styx at the Queen Victoria Park New Years bash in Niagara Falls. They were mediocre, but not vomit worthy.

ROR tour (not sure if the whole tour, but for sure the first leg of the ROR tour).

Okla City was towards the end of the ROR tour and we got GT. Meh.

This has been a constant complaint. I hope their sound engineer either got his shit together or got replaced with someone better for this tour.
