In his words, "Journey was almost complacent". I know that Neal and Arnel do quite a bit of movement, but Styx is pretty fun to watch as well as listen to. They're all over the place and have tons of energy. They have a lot going on in their shows visually. He said "vocally, they were all brilliant" but he really dug the Foreigner guy. Didn't have the range of Pineda, but still a great singer.
Man, sounds like a great show all around.

Styx seemed to be having lots of fun on stage, Tommy and Ricky were messing around laughing, Gowan seems a little crazy, all great entertainment, made me laugh a few times.

Hansen is great, hits all the notes, a great version of Foreigner.

The majority of the reviews from the first two shows mention issues with the sound, with many saying Arnel is getting drowned out by Neal..

Don, it depends on where you are in the audience. I was in the first few rows and the sound was spot on to be honest. Very loud but pretty darned good.

I was dead centre, about 16 rows back, sound was distorted at times, a lot of feedback, the biggest issue was it was too loud or I`m getting too old for this

At times we couldn`t hear Arnel then other times couldn`t hear Neal.

Darn tootin'.
Unfortunately, it's soccer mom-fest at a Journey show, so I doubt many of them dig the Dream After Dream album.

I saw recently that Elton John attended one of the recent UK concerts and tweeted "What a gig", pretty cool.
