For me, Chain of Love is prolly the strongest track on the cd.

It's an easy concept for those among us who don't belong in a white padded cell for the rest of their natural lives.

Here is the revelation in a nutshell: It is possible for those of us who don't view the world and the people in it through rose colored glasses, to simultaneously respect a man for his talents and criticize him for his shortcomings. In this case, it is possible to say that Perry is one's favorite singer and a man who left an indelible mark on Journey while holding him accountable for the various decisions he made that had a negative impact on the rest of the band.

This is what I've always done and it's not belligerence. I simply reject your rather terrifying hero worship of an obviously flawed man.

When it comes to fans in the U.S., Journey can never stop being Journey and I think the inclusion of AIP or Someone in the setlist is a validation of what the average fan expects from the band when it comes to the Journey sound.

I also think both songs aren't as taxing as others and might not be totally wrecked sang stepped down either.

The thing is that they will be playing BGTY and DSB already. Personally, I don't need another like AIP. I like your thoughts on SAM though, and I would extend the end jam just a little (not a lot) for the live setting. Really hope I get 2 out of the 3 heaveir tunes they played in Europe when they come to my neck of the woods. EOTM and Resonate would be my picks, but would not mind COL either.
