A bit disappointing in that regard.

yeah, they are just not interested in promoting it. Strange.
The Hollywood Bowl would be cool for the Beatle connection! haha

Night Ranger did a Doors' cover (Roadhouse Blues) in their set. Not too up on Doors history but from what I understand, their show at the Bowl in 68 is supposed to be one of the greatest legendary gigs ever at that venue. NR also added in a little Hotel California during Don't Tell Me You love Me. Very cool.

Speaking of NR covers- I just bought their new album from Itunes day before yesterday. They do a cover of "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" on there. It's an okay cover, but at they end, they tag it with the "You Can Still Rock in America" ending. I actually thought it was super funny. Good idea on their part. Decent album too- I don't think it's as good as Eclipse, but it's still a good album.

Yeah, it's a decent album. When Neal talked about doing a more rocking album, I envisioned it would be closer to the gritty rock of NR's release instead of what Eclipse turned out to be. Eclipse is still the better album, just not what I expected initially when thinking of an album that rocks out.

WTF? I think the dude may have a life-threatening illness.

Anyway, it's a cover band. NOT the real thing. They sounded good, but I didn't stand for any of their songs, even though I love Foreigner, because I didn't pay $150 to see a tribute band.

Whatever it is, they are pretty tight-lipped. Can't find a single word about what's really going on with him on the Internet, and when I asked a person close to the band in Texas a few weeks back, they shrugged and said they really didn't know anything. Who knows... maybe he's just in rehab.
