I don't even need to be drunk to go down for hours at a time. Um, to Australia, on holiday.

Luvsaugeri wrote:Journey/Survivor......I LOVE the Cavs, love LBJ, love all Cleveland sports......BUT......having said that, I do think LBJ whines a bit much. The other thing he does that absolutely drives me crazy is that every single time he goes down he has to lay there and take a minute or so to get up. Now I will grant you that he takes some hard hits but there is no way that every single time he needs to lay there. It's like he wants all of Cleveland to gasp and say "oh no....LBJ is hurt." During one of the games (I think it was against the Celtics....and I think maybe it was KG), he took a hard foul, hit the floor, and hopped right back up and was LAUGHING!! Now THAT's how to take a foul!!! Another person that strikes me as a big whiner is Tim Duncan. I swear....he thinks that he never commits a foul!!

Now for the final 4. If I can't have someone to cheer for.....I like to cheer against someone I don't like. (that is why I was cheering for NO.....I am still bitter at the Spurs sweeping us in the Finals last year so I don't like them). I guess I 'don't like Kobe' less than I don't like the Spurs. So I will say Go Lakers!!

Pistons and Celtics?? I would say Go Celtics just because I liked how they played the Cavs and it seems they play with alot of class and I like that. BUT.....Michigan Girl, you seem like a cool chick. So I won't cheer against your team. Although it is an automatic thing for me to cheer against all things Michigan!! So I will just say good luck to both teams!!

I know your not like Jackass From Boston, so I respect your opinion. But no, noway, LeBron does not whine!
Michael Jordan was babied by the league and the refs. So much in fact that there have been books written about how much preferential treatment Jordan received. There was THE JORDAN RULE which everyone used to say in reference to the favoritism he received, no one was allowed to touch him, whereas on the other hand Jordan was allowed to basically mug another player without ever being called for a foul. Jordan was called for a foul about ten times in his career, and most of them were in his rookie season. And no matter how great a player is, he's going to commit fouls, but they never called them on Jordan. They do not hesitate to call them on LeBron.

LeBron is so big and strong that other players in the NBA are allowed to beat the living hell out of him, and their often not called for fouls. I literally saw times where Jordan would shove a guy down to the floor and the refs would call the other guy for a foul on the play even though it was Jordan, not the other guy who committed the foul.

Anyway, seriously, other players try to injure LeBron, and yet he rarely ever says anything about it. He has every right to complain, and yet rarely does.

Here's why the Celtics are probably going to win.

It's like Kenny Rhoda said on WKNR...He said that there was no way that the league was going to allow the Celtics to lose game 7 against the Cavs because they were determined to have a Celtics/Lakers Finals match up.

Kenny Rhoda was born and raised in Pittsburgh, his favorite sports team is the Steelers, he does not hesitate to point that out over and over again, I've never heard him kiss up to Clevelanders in anyway. But he was very vocal all along that the league was going to make sure the Celtics advanced to the next round. Which I suspected all along myself.

And I think that most of the country is tired of seeing the Pistons in the Playoffs. Sorry Michigan Girl. :)

Good Lord, you are SOOO full of BULLSHIT. Enough already! You have got to be kidding. I suppose you also believe Ted Kennedy was "set up" at Chappaquiddick, Jimmy Carter had sound fiscal policy, and the Life Cereal Mikey kid died because he ate Pop Rocks and drank Coke. Oh, and while you're at it, don't forget Rod Stewart had to have his stomach pumped because he performed oral sex on all six of his band members' members prior to a concert in Los Angeles.

Anyone with a brain realizes that a great deal of sporting events are fixed. IMO, out of the NBA, MLB and NFL it is the NBA that is the most commonly fixed. To deny that the NBA sometimes rigs games is as naive as one can be.

I guess we will just have to agree to disagree on this. I just feel that Lebron is always saying how he used to be a football player and he is built like a football player.....but then everytime he goes down he is forever checking his lip, or his eye, or his finger etc. Like I said....I know he gets hit HARD. But man up!! I saw Steve Nash playing with a severly bloody nose!!

As far as fouls......It's not often you see LBJ in foul trouble. But I haven't been that into basketball long enough to know if they should be fouling him instead of the defensive player. I'll get back to you next year on that one! ;)

I used to be an amature boxer. I was always checking for blood or asking my corner man if I was bleeding. Either way I kept fighting. Maybe LeBron does check for blood? I don't know? But it doesn't mean he wouldn't keep playing. Plus, as much as I wish his focus was solely on Basketball, with all the commercials he does he may be wondering if he can still film a new commercial next week? Which I can't support that if that's the case?

I guess everyone from Boston is a moron who thinks they know everything?

I'll guarantee you that if the Indians and Dead Sox play each other in the playoffs this year the Indians will take the series.

Lake Erie Boy...You are a fucking moron, period, end of story! Your "guarantees" are as idiotic as you are! You "guaranteed" the Indians would beat the Sox last season! How did that work out for you? You "guaranteed" the Browns would make the playoffs last season. How did that work out for you? Anyone who has read any of your posts knows you're fucking clueless! If you could get Jamison's balls out of your mouth long enough, maybe you could think more lucidly! You're a complete embarrassment of a sports fan! See you in October

Jackass from Boston is a funny girl. But one of her problems is how much she lies all the time.

She halucinates things all the time. A recent example would be where she said that I guaranteed that Cleveland would beat the Dead Sox in last years playoffs when she and I had never even had a discussion about the two teams or any sports at that time. And I never made any such guarantee. I challenge her to find a post where I did.

She demonstrates a total lack of knowledge of Baseball by failing to realize that pitching wins championships. And tries to insist that the pitching-weak Tigers are the best team in the American League Central division.

When the Celtics were 2 game up on the Cavs she came on here spouting her usual bullshit, then turned silent when the Cavs won game 3, and started up her bullshit again only after the Celtics advanced.

You see, she grew up in Boston, a city that knows nothing about sports. Therefore, having never been around real sports fans who know what their talking about, she thinks she actually knows something about sports.

She's a funny person. But she sure is a moron.

Well, there are a few people on this forum that I will argue with, but it's mostly just a few. Jackass from Boston on the other hand argues with all most everyone. Just check the morons posts, almost everyone of them is arguing with other people.

So the lesson here is that jackass from Boston has a way of ruining threads.

Yeah, crappy teams.

The only city in 2007 that had winning records in the big 3 sports. The Baseball team with the most dominating pitching in all of baseball, and pitching wins championships. The future powerhouse team of the NFL. The best player in the NBA right now and for the foreseeable future. Yeah, our sports teams suck here.

It's about time you came to your senses, dope! Tell me again the last time that the city of Cleveland won a championship???? And no, your high school soccer team doesn't count! One of these days, you'll actually get a clue (although, I'm probably giving you too much credit) that the regular season is meaningless!
