That tune does remind me of Chris Gaines a bit. I like it. :)

jackopierce - very good band and the rest of the CD sounds MUCH MORE like it. when i listened it wasn't the strongest impersonation off the cd. good stuff if you liked that sound though.

i did. :) do.

Not too crazy about the new Nickleback tune ( I've liked their previous work) or the Kid Rock...although that does sound better then anything I've heard from KR before. I'm digging the new Buckcherry and Hinder...I'll have to pick those up....especially Buckcherry's....of newer bands I've really gotten into them and Shinedown...both have come along and gotten consistently stronger to stay around for awhile. 8)

Stick the url in the thread title, then you never have to remember
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

There was a local band you played before, Seven Story Drop? Good vocals, but I don't remember the song. Would love to hear more from them.

yep. the singer moved to LA to be the frontman for "against all will" - former puddle of mudd guitarist. great guy, fantastic to work with, and a definate hit to the scene here.
